The Elgato Neo product range was one of the largest, and most complex projects I managed at KISKA. From workshops with Elgato teams, user research with amateur streamers, and supplier meetings to create quality products. We were part of the process from Elgato’s first concept all the way to packaging design to make the best output we could deliver.
My role involved organizing the communication between all teams involved around the globe, managing the scope of the project, and keeping it aligned with stakeholder vision and the designated budget.
