FotoFinder Skeen is a healthcare device that allows GPs, with the help of AI, to investigate skin lesions and give guidance, or direct the patient to dermatologist. The allows patients to get their skin checked on without needing to go to specialized doctors. In order to provide this at a low cost to clinics, the use of existing smartphones in a custom casing was done. This added complexity to our industrial design teams, but allowed flexibility to the UX/UI teams.
My role involved organizing the communication between all teams involved and managing the industrial design and UX/UI teams. Navigating several scope changes added complexity to the project, alongside the design of the casing to achieve best results
